Are Canes fans starting to get fed up with their tight ass owner who is more interested in getting revenue sharing money than putting together a winning hockey team. Especially since he is the one who triggered the wage inflation that led to the lockout and subsequent horrid salary cap deal with is offer sheet of thirty four million (30 mil up front) to Sergei Federov?

He could afford to pay Segei 30 mil upfront, but now can't afford to spend to the cap to put a good team on the ice?
