And the best part??? They were wise enough NOT to touch the Prince of Wales trophy!
I was really impressed with the resiliency of the Canes and Sabres tonight. The Canes didn't let themselves get beat up by Buffalo. They dictated the style of the game.
Did you notice how the Sabres stood up for Briere when he took a shoulder to the face from Ladd? Now.. if only the Canes would do that for Staal!
Congrats to the Canes.
The Finals should be great. I can't wait for Monday!
Oh, and Hell Yeah!
